Inver employs over 80 permanent and highly skilled staff, many of whom were recruited in the early days of the business, and an increasing number that have come through the company’s comprehensive Apprentice Training Scheme. Our growing workforce has skills that span mechanical engineering design, production and installation, electrical engineering design, production and installation, systems and overhauls, machining, and fabrication, Project management, logistics, warehousing, and service provision ensuring that customers always have the care that they need to support their own operations and products.

Inver also has an established network of partners and associates to supplement its own workforce when needed. These trusted and skilled partners are employed when necessary to boost the size of the workforce in the factory or field activities. At all times however, Inver maintain full accountability through a strong project and production management regime.

Inver has approx. 10,000 sqm of under roof workshop space on 20,000 sqm’s of land with workshop facilities regularly expanding.
