Bowen Rail Company has launched their first Apprenticeship program and accepting applications for electrical and mechanical trade apprentices. All you need to bring is a C-class drivers license, a willingness to learn and work safely, and enthusiasm to work in the rail industry.

Apprentice Maintainers work closely with key stakeholders to assist the safe, efficient and reliable preventative maintenance, presentation and repair of Bowen Rail Company Rollingstock and equipment.

The Bown Rail Company apprenticeships offer a four year apprenticeship in Engineering or Electrical with permanent employment upon completion of the qualification.

Bowen Rail Company is located in Bowen, North Queensland providing rail freight.
